THE SIRIUS PLEDGE

Sirius puts its

People First

Sirius is committed to the development of our people, and our in-house training and knowledge sharing are amongst the best in the industry.

Our qualifications programme enables team members to study for industry qualifications such as CeMAP and CertBBAC and offers them financial support in doing so. Our close affiliation with the LIBF as our preferred training partner ensures that team members have access to professional guidance, support materials and CPD along the way.

This approach has earned our group an array of awards and accreditations:

  • Investors in People Gold award standard – 2016
  • Sunday Times number one ‘Best Small Company to Work For in the UK’ - 2019 and 2020
  • Three Star Best Companies accreditation
  • Innovation in Engagement Award
  • Women in Finance Charter signatory
  • Living Wage employer

Sirius

Gives back

We continue to support our nominated charities and back a number of youth initiatives via sponsorships and bursaries. Sirius organises and participates in fundraising drives throughout the year with proceeds going to our nominated charity of the year. More information on these incredibly worthy causes coming soon.

Sirius invests in the

FUTURE WORKFORCE

The Brightstar Group launched Young Brightstars in 2018 to support the development of young people in work and sport. Over the last two years, we have provided bursaries to invest in the development of outstanding young sports stars and encouraged young people to engage with the world of financial services through our Young Learners Programme. As a result of this programme, some successful work placements have led to subsequent offers of employment at the Brightstar Group.

To date, Sirius has enjoyed much success with our youth policy and commitment to ‘growing our own’. Dubbed the ‘Greenhouse Effect’, we have developed an academy approach to encouraging young people into the world of financial services and developing them to realise their potential. We take on recent graduates in Case Manager roles and mentor them to progress into Advisor positions through training and ongoing support with obtaining the CeMAP qualification.

Sirius is

TRANSPARENT

Our commitment to customer satisfaction is demonstrated through our TrustPilot initiative, championing transparency. Upon case completion, all clients are given the opportunity to post public, and uneditable, feedback. This has resulted in consistent five-star reviews and an ‘Excellent’ customer service rating.
