One Mortgage System (OMS), the seamless single-input enquiry to completion processing platform for brokers, has announced a partnership with The Brightstar Group to become its primary tech provider.

The integration will offer the Brightstar Group access to OMS’s all-encompassing CRM platform and full workflow solution along with single key multiple integrated product and criteria sourcing options. This partnership further extends OMS’s coverage across the specialist mortgage market and underlines heightened demand for cost-effective and time-saving tech enhancements from the intermediary community.

Dedicated to the intermediary, The Brightstar Group assists brokers with placing cases that have been declined by mainstream lenders, enabling them to expand their client offering and income potential. Founded in 2011, The Brightstar Group is a multi-award-winning business, exceeding £5 billion of specialist lending and winning more than 140 awards.

OMS is the only end-to-end platform which covers product areas such as residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, commercial plus general insurance, and protection. It is integrated with market-leading providers – Ignite, Twenty7Tec, iPipeline, Submissions Brain, Hometrack, Experian, Equifax, UndewriteMe, Uinsure and Knowledge Bank – to provide users with best in class for product sourcing, protection sourcing and criteria searching.

Neal Jannels, Managing Director of One Mortgage System (OMS), commented:

“The Brightstar Group has been a hugely recognisable and established business within the specialist mortgage market for many years now. Time and time again it has proved itself to be a real pioneering force within the mortgage sector, both in terms of the sheer volume of business it writes and in the quality of service on offer to its intermediary partners.

“We believe this is a partnership which will help elevate these service standards even higher and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.”

William Lloyd-Hayward, COO at the Brightstar Group, added:

“The intermediary mortgage market is built on successful partnerships, and we’re delighted to partner with OMS to launch our new technology offering for brokers and clients. With customer circumstances and requirements becoming more complex, brokers have a huge opportunity to help more clients and grow their business if they are able to offer specialist lending solutions. By working with a specialist partner like Brightstar or Sirius, brokers can access the expertise and relationships they require to leverage their business, and, with this new launch, the whole process is even easier thanks to the market leading technology provided by OMS.”
