This client was looking to incorporate their large property portfolio into a ltd company and capital raise. The portfolio consists of a mix of flats, houses and Hmo’s. A selection of the properties are high rises without the benefit of EWS1 reports currently. Dak Lam & Nicolas Nicholas worked tirelessly to analyse the available lenders and source the optimum solution. To conclude, the majority of the properties were financed within the new Limited company, 2 were unencumbered and several entered via a trust enabling the whole portfolio to incorporate on the same day. We also helped the client release a large sum for future investment.
