This client was looking to purchase their neighbour’s property which they would then convert into a holiday let, using another property that had been rented out on AirBnb for a brief period, post lockdown, as security.

Sirius Property Finance took a creative approach by securing a lender who was flexible in their policy and accepted projections of rental income based on guidance provided directly from AirBnb. Similar type/size properties that they had rented in this location were used as a comparison.
