This long-term client of Sirius was seeking finance to save their semi-commercial property, one supermarket unit with 2 apartments above, from being repossessed and to recuperate costs spent on paying off a shareholder of the business. The client was under extreme pressure from their existing lender; they needed to refinance in a very short amount of time or, due to historic issues with payments during the global pandemic, the property was at risk of being repossessed. Sirius were able to secure the required finance of £504k at 70% LTV in just 24 days (from application to completion).
