Sirius were approached by a well-established care home firm who were looking to add a fourth home to their existing Yorkshire based care home group. The business they were looking to purchase was rated as “good” with CQC on all aspects, and is a Residential Care for the elderly, as well as specialising in Dementia Care. The price agreed was just over £1m and Sirius were able to secure the desired £752,500 needed to assist with the acquisition, on some very competitive commercial terms. Sirius has already been instructed to fund the 5th care home, work is currently under way!
