In 2019 Kimberley joined Sirius, charged with supporting the continued growth of the business and maximising opportunities in its core markets. She provides a dedicated resource to assess relationships and strategic partnerships, enabling Sirius to better identify and understand opportunities for lenders, clients and introducers.
Kimberley started her career at a Prop Tech firm where, after initially securing a temporary contract to review and overhaul the brand strategy, she was appointed as Global HO Marketing to oversee the marketing activities for the brand's presence across numerous countries. After 3 years within this role, she moved on to become Head of Brand and Relationships for a surveying and project management consultant for another 3 years before ultimately taking the leap into the Real Estate Finance world with Sirius.
In addition to several years’ experience in the property and construction sector, Kimberley brings an extensive knowledge of business development and relationship marketing with an MA in Marketing Communications & Advertising and a BA in Marketing Management. Since coming on board she has refined the brand image, added consistency to all communications and delivered an extensive events programme from intimate dinners and soirees to large scale partner events, providing a valued contribution to the company's continued growth plans.
A prolific networker within the construction and property sphere, Kimberley continues to introduce a wealth of valued relationships from her vast network to the Sirius Group and raise the brand presence amongst numerous professional circles. She is in her element when building longstanding relationships with like-minded and credible professionals.
Kimberley won the ‘Rising Star: Broker, Distribution’ at the British Specialist Lending Awards 2020 and a made the final three for ‘Rising Star’ at the British Mortgage Awards. Kimberley further contributes to the industry by providing comment and writing articles for trade publications, as well as being active within the property community on LinkedIn and Instagram, offering industry insight and generating mutually beneficial introductions.
