THE SIRIUS WAY,
Increase client satisfaction and expand your client base with the provision of an in-house debt advisory service through a strategic partnership with Sirius.
Keep ownership of your client and the process with as much, or as little, involvement as you prefer. You can refer a client for Sirius to liaise with directly or work with us to find the most suitable solution – we will work in a way that fits your business.
We assemble dedicated teams for each key partner account to ensure the optimum expertise and service levels to meet the demands of your clients.
Working closely with our partners to understand their priorities and objectives, we can develop bespoke processes and SLAs in addition to our core service pledges, such as a 24-hour response time.
Our case managers are here to ease the administration burden for all parties and assist with the management of the borrowing process, saving you and your clients time.
Sirius only partners with firms that share our client-centric approach and ethical service values, and we will only make introductions to our extensive network of professionals where a clear requirement for their services has been identified.
At Sirius, we pride ourselves on a fair and transparent fee structure. Our dedicated advisors and case managers go above and beyond to realise your client’s real estate goals and we can create bespoke introducer agreements to offer a share of commission upon successful case completion.
Whilst we have long withstanding partnerships with key high street banks, it is our relationships with the decision makers of boutique banks, private lenders, specialist finance houses, family offices and private individuals that empower Sirius to solve the complex funding requirements that are so common in today’s climate.
Orchestrating all parties
We leverage our strong relationships with leading professional firms, including lawyers and surveyors on the lenders' panels, to ensure a successful and timely delivery for our clients. Our growing team of case managers add further value with their extensive knowledge of lender processes, and we have access to exclusive products and market leading exclusives.
We strive to build lasting relationships with our partners and are on hand to visit your team in the comfort of their office, on site, or to welcome you and your clients to our offices in the City of London.
AND WE DO IT ALL WITH IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, JUST ASK TRUSTPILOT
We are incredibly proud of our ‘Excellent’ rating on Trustpilot and regular five-star reviews from clients and introducers alike. You can read them here.
